What we provide

We find candidate referral partners, assess fit, draft outreach, and either deliver it on your behalf (email, from a domain you connect) or prepare it for you to send (LinkedIn). You approve every message before it goes anywhere.

What you are responsible for

• The content you approve. You read it; you own it.
• The right to contact the people you choose to contact.
• Keeping your own do-not-contact and exclusion lists current.
• The sending domain you connect and its reputation.

What we will not do

We do not automate LinkedIn messaging. LinkedIn provides no compliant path for a platform to send on a member’s behalf, and we will not use session cookies, browser impersonation, or any technique intended to circumvent a provider’s controls. This is a limit on the product, stated plainly, not a temporary gap.

We do not send messages you have not approved. We do not contact anyone on your exclusion lists, or anyone who has unsubscribed or replied asking to stop.

What you buy

Qualified referral partner attempts, for a period. An attempt is consumed when an approach is delivered and evidenced — not when a message is drafted, queued, or scheduled. Follow-ups to the same partner consume nothing further.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that uses the platform to contact people it has no legitimate basis to contact, or that attempts to circumvent the approval and exclusion controls.
